Hi everyone,

how do I configure the "Subscription terminated" email when I integrated wallee into my shopify store? Do I only configure the emails that are being sent through shopify or do I configure the wallee template (https://app-wallee.com/s/..../email/template/edit/13770?target=view) aswell?

Hi Nicola,

You can choose if you want to use our mail system or shopify's mail system. If you choose our mailing system, you can go to Space > Email > Configuration > Subscription > Subscription Termination. Here you can configure the template.
