The error message was generated because no role has been attributed to this user. The administrator of your wallee account is able to change the problem as follows:
- Go to the user's page of your wallee account
- Click on 'Manage' in the 'Roles' secton on the right
- Choose the roles you want to attribute to the user, then save.
