Hello,

I've tried to configure Wallee and Twint and everything seems to be fine but the customers are not redirected when they try to process a new paiment.

Could you please let me know how to make it works as soon as possible please ?

Did you check that you installed the correct wallee Payment APP?
We can offer you as part of our installation support that we fix this in your shop. However, for this send your shopify credentials ans space ID to our support and we have a look.
