Several times we have products in our Shopify where the wallee subscription is suddenly disabled. How can we fix this?

We are sorry to hear that you are facing this issue.

Unfortunately this sounds like irregular behaviour. We would love to analyse this for you. We will need more details and access to your backend, which can safely be transmitted through the wallee space (shared credentials).
