Hi. I’m experiencing problems with PayPal, Maestro and AmEx payments. I get this error:

The transaction failed.
There is no payment method configured which is applicable.

Visa and MasterCard transactions are going well though. All the payment methods mentioned above are turned on in ‘processors’ configuration via Mercanet 2.0.

Please help me to find the reason of the error and fix it.

The problem seems to be, that these payment methods (PayPal, Maestro and AmEx) are not activated by contract with your payment processors Mercanet 2.0.
Please contact your payment processor (or payment service provider) directly to activate everything accordingly.
