Hello Wallee

I've set the processor to test mode in my Wallee account and typed in the NetAxept test mode ID and token.
In Shopify I have switched all my connectors into test mode (But even if I don't switch the connectors to test mode, it doesn't make a difference. It all still appears in test mode at checkout).

I was hoping that I would see the transaction registered all the way through the system (Connector > Wallee > NetAxept). But when I make an order, type in the connector test credit card information and click confirm, I get this message (See image 1)
And afterwards when I look at my Wallee dashboard I just see a "cancelled" and a "failed" message for the transaction.

Nothing shows up in my NetAxept test admin.

No "orders" show up on my Shopify account or Oberlo app.

What am I missing here? Would it make a difference if I did in in live mode?

Dear Alexander,

Have you tried testing again since this error message? You can use the simulator credentials for testing by clicking on the grey simulator bar.
Nothing would show up in your NetAxept for this transaction, as there was no payment made. However, in your Shopify you should have a transaction, as the transactions are first made in Shopify, and afterwards wallee will be notified.
