Im Rahmen der Überprüfung Ihres Webshop haben wir festgestellt, dass in Ihrer Webseite den „click to accept“ für di AGB fehlt.

Die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen müssen, gemäss den Vorgaben der Kartenorganisationen, beim Kaufabschluss vom Käufer aktiv akzeptiert werden (click-to-accept).

There are two options:

1) You add the click to accept to your theme in your webshop to make sure that the merchant has to accept the terms before going online. There are multiple Shopify Themes that do support this.

2) You activate the payment page addons in wallee and set the link to your General Terms inside the Settings Page. Wallee will now display the accept before the payment details can be entered.
