I have connect wallee to shopife but how
CONNECT WALLEE TO saferpay?

Dear Giannis,

Great question!

You will have to configure Saferpay as a processor in your space. Please navigate to your space > Payment > Configure > Processor. Select Saferpay as a processor and follow the documentation on how to successfully configure Saferpay. Once you have done this, make sure you install all the gateways of all the connectors you have from Saferpay, into your Shopify shop.

I have this error

Wrong password, wrong client certificate, invalid token, wrong HMAC.
Dear Giannis,

Can you check your Saferpay backend for these credentials? These should be easily found. Please refer to our documentation, as it describes how and where to located these credentials and how to configure your Saferpay processor.

Please send our support team an email if you're still receiving errors, and we can have a look at it in better detail.

I have the error below now, when a customer try to pay by credit cart I have this error, any advise where is the problem ?
No permission (e.g. terminal does not belong to the customer).

Please contact our support team so that we can have a look at this together. You may have the incorrect settings for your terminal in your Saferpay backend. It could be currency, channel or payment type.
