It would be nice to display the valuta date on the invoice templates when a payment via bank transfer (ESR) has been received. At the moment there is only the date shown when the ESR report was uploaded into the system.

This would make it much easyer to make quick checks against a bank statement.

Dear indyaner MEDIA,

Thank you for your great question!

To find the valuta dates of the payment receipts, please navigate in your Transactions section to "Payment Receipts", and you will see a column Value Date which represents the valuta date. If you click on an individual payment receipt, you can see the transaction to which it relates to.

Please let us know if we can further support you, we would be happy to do so.

Sincerely,
Dewi

Dear Dewi

Thanks for you answer. Unfortunately the column Valuta Date shows the date when the ESR report (v11) was uploaded to Wallee and the match happend between the bank payment and the open invoice rather than the date when the money actually was booked on the bank account.

For example an invoice gets payed and the bank transaction is booked on december 1st. Thes ESR report gets downloaded in the online banking on december 3rd and uploaded on the same date to Wallee. Wallee than shows a Valuta Date of december 3rd rather than december 1st when the bank transfer actually happend.

If I understand the V11 specs correctly the (bank) Valuta Date is included in the payment entry. Does this date get stored in Wallee and if yes, is it accessible in the twig templates?

Best,
indyaner media
Dear indyaner MEDIA,

After double checking with our developers, we discovered that there was a line missing in the code which extracts the Value Date correctly - this we have updated. From now on, all the V11 files that you upload, the Value Date will be displayed in your transaction correctly. Unfortunately, for the past transactions we are unable to change this - apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Sincerely,
Dewi
