I have a bit of an issue regarding the app, so when I click on contract payments it still says pending, while my account is active?

How can I solve this ?

Dear Amar,

Thank you for your question.

If your contract is still pending, that means it's still being reviewed by the acquirers. Your account can be active while your contract is still pending. You can test other types of payment methods, which are separate from your pending contract.

Once your account with the acquirers have been fully checked and activated, you can then accept live payments through those payment methods in your shop.
