does Wallee support even exist?

Question

Been struggling with Shopify integration and trying to reach Wallee support by the phone for quite a while today - no success, they just hang up after a while.
Trying to email them through a support form - apparently you don't have this luxury on a basic plan either.
Does anybody have direct support email address?

Dear Daria,

You can contact the wallee support directly from your wallee space. Simply click on the safety ring icon, located between the globe and megaphone icon, in the menu to your top right.

Hi Dewi,
not really, every time i try to send a message to the support, using exactly that button that you mention, i get an error message "Your subscription does not include technical support." and my whole long message gets deleted.
The phone number doesn't work either.
So so far i havent been able to contact the support in any way.
