In previous day, all status of "Fulfill" status can be updated in Shopify. Since late Jan 2019, some of the "Fulfill" status cannot be updated in Shopify.
Not all the transactions got problem, but everyday there are 3 to 5 "Fulfill" status cannot be updated.

Hi Maria

This is a problem on Shopify side. We are currently in contact with them regarding. Please excuse the inconvenience.
To update the status of the transactions you will need to resend the notification to shopify manually. You can do this as follows:

  • Log into Wallee and open the transaction in question
  • On the right hand side click on "Shopify"
  • In the operation log open the entry titled "Sale"
  • In the top right corner click on "Resend"

Doing this will resend the Notification and the status will update.
