I have been using Alipay Global payment on shopify for almost 2 months, it is
working well all the time until 06/09, our customers started to see an error page
in checkout process. (see the attched image.)

I didn't change any configuration for Alipay Global after it was setup. So I think
this is might be a tech issue on operation. Anyone has the same issue?

Please check the Alipay "Processor Configuration" and clarify with your payment service provider, that Alipay is (still) activated.
