Problem : "The payment method is not available at the moment."

I am encountering a problem. At the very end of the purchase process, I have this message on Wallee: "The payment method is not available at the moment."

Does anyone know why and what to do to fix this?

"The payment method is not available at the moment." means, that you should check the history of the transaction (charge attempt) for error messages. Maybe the configuration is incorrect, so that the connection to the Payment Service Provider / Connector fails at the moment.
