The above problem is stopping customers buying certain bundles on our shopify website.

This happens if we are not able to determine the tax rate on the line item. If you could let us know which product was affected by this we can fix the issue.

For the moment I disabled the Shopify app, so that this is no longer transferred to us. However, please note that you will then lose the option to transfer the line items to wallee and the Shopify transactions for matching them with the Checkout ID.
