I am wondering how settlements will work. We need TWINT for our store, but I can't find how to connect it to Shopify and where I can put the IBAN of our bank in United Kingdom to receive the payouts. Please help.

For Twint you will need to create a Twint account. I am not sure if Twint will accept other bank details than swiss ones since it is a Swiss only product. Please contact Twint directly for this.
